Please plan to arrive to the venue no later than 5pm. This will allow ample time for seating prior to the ceremony start at 5:30. The ceremony site is approximately a 10 minute walk from the parking lot.

There is a complimentary parking lot at the Harbour Town Golf Links Clubhouse. From the clubhouse, it is an approximately 10 minute walk to the ceremony site on the 18th lawn. Follow the signage and the ushers, they will guide you there.

The ceremony will be outdoors on the 18th lawn, while the reception will be indoors at the clubhouse.

Yes! Ubers and Lyfts are on the island. However, they are not always readily available late at night. If you are planning to use Uber or Lyft to transport you to and from the wedding, we recommend scheduling your ride ahead of time. Our getaway car is arriving at 11pm if you'd like to schedule your own rides for around this time.

All of our wedding festivities are taking place in the "neighborhood" of Sea Pines. If you are staying in Sea Pines, you don't need to worry about entry. If you stay outside of Sea Pines, you will need to check in at the gatehouse upon each entry. On the day of the wedding, the entrance fee is waived for all guests. Simply tell the attendant your name and that you are attending the Estes-Hamilton wedding.

If you are staying at the Courtyard by Marriott, there will be a shuttle to transport you to and from the wedding. The shuttle will pick up at the hotel at 4:30pm (one trip only) and will return you to the hotel after the wedding (as many trips as are needed).
